We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with Kit Planète. Thus, we assume free of charge the exchange of any defective or damaged merchandise, to the extent that it is new and unused equipment. Please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact us within five working days following the receipt of the defective product using the following email: email@example.com
2. Describe the state of the products upon receipt.
3. Attach pictures of the damaged parcel or defective products as evidence to support your claim.
4. Following our approval, send the product or products in question to the following address: 3020, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4S 1K7. We will assume the cost of return and will deliver a new article without charge.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original packaging with the delivery note and invoice within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact us using the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Tell us about the reason for your refund request. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to attach photos to your email.
3. We will subsequently give you the option to exchange the product against another, to obtain a credit note, or request a refund. Note that a restocking fee of 15% to 50% applies and varies depending on the condition of the product and its packaging.
4. Send the product to the following address: 3020 Brabant Marineau, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4S 1K7. Product return will be at your expense.
5. In case of exchange of the product, we will send the new article at our expense.
